LAPD and California High Patrol CHP officers responded about 2:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2014 to a rollover crash on I-210 in the city of Sylmar. Before firefighters arrived Two CHP officers, two LAPD officers and two paramedics and two fire explorers, lifted up a vehicle so that one of the paramedics could crawl under the vehicle and extricate a female, who was screaming for help inside.
