A man claims he went to a gas station to buy some gummy bears, and when he was leaving he noticed a police woman kept looking at him, so he said, “Hey how you doing?” Five seconds go by, and now the two were just staring at each other. The man mumbles under his breath, “Oh so this woman ain’t gonna speak huh?” Then the man was thinking she had a lot of nerve to be staring him down like that. He continued to stare back at her until he started walking out the door. Then he realized the police woman was a cardboard cut out of a police officer.

A cardboard cutout of a police officer is reducing speed on the streets of Coquitlam, B.C., and getting rave reviews from real officers in the city.
