Multiple Injuries from Stage Collapse at Servite High School, Anaheim, California

Anaheim firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:53 p.m. to a stage collapse at Servite HIgh School, 1952 W La Palma Avenue.

About 250 girls from Rosary High School were performing in an event known as the Red and Gold Rally when the stage collapsed. The stage folded in the middle and some of the girls were dropped about 10 feet.

At least one girl is seen falling onto a corner of the stage that was jutting up after the collapse. About 30 girls were transported to local hospitals.

The injured girls that were preforming on stage are from Rosary High School — an all-girls Catholic High School founded in 1965 that is a sister school of Servite High School.
