Los Angeles firefighters responded Monday, April 15, 2013 to a major fire in a three-story center-hallway apartment building in Korea Town, at Serrano Avenue and San Marino Street. The late night blaze extended to the third floor and destroyed the building’s attic. The building seemed vacant and under renovation at the time of the blaze. One firefighter was injured.
The cause of the “Major Emergency Blaze” is under investigation.
